Slavica is a training specialist with 10 years of experience developing, coordinating, and running engaging customer experience training events that engage employees, build brand identity, and promote customer experience best practices for premium companies.

 

She has worked for many Fortune 500 companies in Canada, the US, and Europe, in the luxury travel, fashion, and automotive sectors. This has allowed her to gain extensive experience in the fields of external affairs, corporate events planning, and product and brand training and development.


As a result of this diverse and high-profile experience, she has specialized in the key areas for the successful positioning of any brand or company. Her professional skills include public speaking, customer experience, event facilitation, brand management, product training, employee coaching and development.

 

After many years as a training specialist, she realized that companies are spending a lot of money on L+D programs without employees producing any viable results. And the reason is that most employers don't know how to develop engaging learning modules that engage all types of learning styles.
